POULTRY-CURRY chicken EXCELLENT
Curry sauce would be good as sauce for anything needed with curry

Ingredients
- Salt
- Paprika
- 2 1/2 3 2 1/2 3 1/2 - 3 lbs fryer chicken or favorite pieces
- 2 2 2 tb butter
- 1 1 1 apple-chop fine
- 1 1 1 onion chop fine
- 3 3 3 1/2 curry powder----used 3 1/2 tsp red curry-excellent sauce
- 1 10 1/2 1 10 1/2 10 1/2 oz can cr of mushroom soup
- 1 1 1/2 1/2-- 1/2 1/2 used 1/2 & 1/2-- -used 1/2 c coconut milk and 1/2 c half/half-excellent
- 30 chunk par cooked potatoes after 30 minutes. Really good addition.
- ALT:Served with white rice and steamed carrot thin slices.

Curry sauce would be good as sauce for anything needed with curry
Salt

2 ½ - 3 lbs fryer chicken or favorite pieces
2 tb butter
1 apple-chop fine
1 onion chop fine
3 tsp curry powder----used 3 ½ tsp red curry-excellent sauce
1 10 ½ oz can cr of mushroom soup
1 cup cream used ½ & ½-- -used ½ c coconut milk and ½ c half/half-excellent
added chunk par cooked potatoes after 30 minutes. Really good addition.
Salt and paprika the chicken and spread it out in a shallow buttered baking dish. Melt butter in a saucepan and sauté the onion and apple. Add curry powder, soup and cream. Pour the sauce over the chicken and bake at 350 degrees for 1 ½ hours, or until chicken is tender.
ALT:Served with white rice and steamed carrot thin slices.
