Ingredients
- DRESSING:
- 4 c thinly sliced raw cauliflower
- 1 c salad pimiento olvies
- 2/3 c coarsely chopped green peppers
- 1/2 c chopped onions
- 1/2 c salad oil
- 3 T lemon juice
- 3 T wine vinegar
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper

Step 1
In a bowl, combine the dressing ingredients; beat with rotary beater until well blended. Pour mixture over cauliflower olives, peppers and onions. Refrigerate, covered, until well chilled 4 hours or overnight. Toss just before serving.
