Ingredients
- Graham cracker crust (1 1/2 cups graham crackers, crushed, 1/4 c sugar, 5 T butter ~ bake @ 325^/ 5 min
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1 T lime zest
- 1 egg
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 t cream of tartar
- 2 cups whipped cream or whipped topping
- thin lime slices for garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Beat condensed milk, lime juice & zest with a fork, add whole egg & 2 egg yolks, beat well. Set aside.
Beat egg whites until foamy about 20 seconds, add cream of tartar. Fold whites into custard & pour into partially baked crust. Bake 45 to 60 minutes or until set. Let cool
