Ingredients
- Two * Two 8-ounce tilapia filets (27 calories per ounce, or 216 calories per filet)
- 1 * 1 lime, sliced in half and slightly zested (20 ounces total per lime)
- 2 * 2 teaspoons vegetable oil spread, melted (70 calories total)
- 2 * 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
- 2/3 * 2/3 cup cooked corn (100 calories total)
- * Jalapeno slices to taste (4 calories per jalapeno)

Preparation
Step 1
* Heat a large pan to medium heat and add a little water, about 2 tablespoons.
* Add tilapia filets and season each with Cajun seasonings. Cover and cook about 8-10 minutes, or until tilapia is cooked thoroughly through and is white and flaky.
* Transfer tilapia filets to 2 plates, then top each with 1 teaspoon vegetable spread, juice from ½ lime (just squeeze it on), reserved lime zest, jalapeno slices to taste and corn on the side.
