  • Two * Two 8-ounce tilapia filets (27 calories per ounce, or 216 calories per filet)
  • 1 * 1 lime, sliced in half and slightly zested (20 ounces total per lime)
  • 2 * 2 teaspoons vegetable oil spread, melted (70 calories total)
  • 2 * 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning

Preparation

Step 1

* Heat a large pan to medium heat and add a little water, about 2 tablespoons.
* Add tilapia filets and season each with Cajun seasonings. Cover and cook about 8-10 minutes, or until tilapia is cooked thoroughly through and is white and flaky.
