Ingredients
- 6 corn tortillas cut in strips
- 2 Chicken breasts cooked/cut up
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup canned milk or half/half
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 small can green chiles
- 1 can sliced black olives
- 8 oz. salsa
- 1 lb. Mexican cheese, grated

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Spray glass casserole dish. Cut corn tortillas in strips, lay in bottom of dish. Spread chicken on top of strips. Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine soup, broth, milk, onion, chiles, olives and salsa with most of the cheese.
Pour this mixture over chicken. Place in oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes. The last 15 minutes, sprinkle more grated cheese on top to melt. Let stand 15 minutes.
Serve with tortilla chips and more salsa and guacamole if desired.
