Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. dice chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
- 3-4 green onions, chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup tequila
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 tea. dried red chile flakes
- 4 cups water
- 1/2 head cabbage, shredded
- 2 carrots, diced
- 4 potatoes, peeled, diced
- 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley
- 1/2 tea, pepper
- 1/4 tea. ground ginger

Step 1
Put the chicken, mushrooms, tequila, 2 cups water, and red chile flakes in a saucepan and cook for 30 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook for another 30 minutes.
Serves 4-6
