- 3 mangoes, peeled and cubed
- 4 cups cooked sticky rice
- 1 1/2 - 2 cups light coconut milk
- 1/3 cup sugar
- pinch salt

Step 1
In a saucepan, combine the sticky rice and coconut milk and cook on medium heat until thick. Add the sugar and salt. Reduce the heat to low and cook covered for 2 minutes. Serve warm with mango.
