Ingredients
- DRESSING:
- 4 grilled chicken breast fillets
- 1 romaine lettuce heart, chopped
- 1 1/2 c coleslaw mix or finely chopped cabbage
- 1/3 c toasted almond slivers or slices (blanched almonds)
- 1/2 c chow mein noodles
- 1/2 c vinegar
- 1/2 c sugar
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp horseradish
- 1/4 c Spanish onion, diced
- 1 c canola oil

Preparation
Step 1
Cook chicken fillets and cut into strips. Layer with lettuce, cabbage, almonds and then chow mein noodles.
DRESSING: Combine everything, except for oil, in a blender or food processor until liquefied. Continue to blend and slowly drizzle in the oil until blended. It makes enough for 3 or 4 salads.
