Whitewater Brownies
By Addie
Whitewater is the name of a ski resort which my family use to ski at all the time. Before we moved to richmond, we bought one of their cook books. In it was this recipe for brownies, which they call, Whitewater Brownies. I used spelt for these and they turned out fine. I did have to put it in for about 15 extra minutes though. And the 8x8 i found was just a tad to small. They were pretty high brownies, and I prefer thinner then thick.
