Nancy's Favorite Coleslaw

MY NOTES: Add 2 chopped carrots and a scant 1/2 yellow onion to this coleslaw (Adding too much onion makes the taste too strong!)
Since Jack is not so crazy about coleslaw, I need to try cutting this recipe in half even further, using 1/4 of a head of cabbage.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 3-4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- Salt and pepper
- 1 pound shredded cabbage (about half a head)

In a large bowl, mix the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, celery seed, and salt and pepper to taste. Add the shredded cabbage and toss to mix well. Refrigerate.
