Ingredients
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 bag frozen baby artichokes
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 4 tbsp butter

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil, sauté artichokes until brown.
Add garlic, cook 1 minute, then add lemon juice and
butter and whisk till butter melts.
Season salt & pepper.
