Italian Meatballs

These meatballs would make my husband's Italian family proud. I got 30 meatballs out of this but only 25 made it into the sauce (my husband and I kept eating them). They are moist and flavorful with or without the sauce. Serve the leftovers for lunch on crusty whole wheat Italian bread for a meatball hero.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 3 eggs
- 1 Tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 Tablespoon onion powder
- 3/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley
- 2 Tablespoons grated cheese
- 1/2 cup milk or half & half

Step 1
Mix ingredients thoroughly Make meatballs. Bake 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Drop in sauce and simmer for 1 hour.
