Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- ground pepper
- salt
- garlic salt
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 16 ounce can pineapple chunks w/juice
- 2/3 cuo vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 onion, chunked
- 1 green pepper

Step 1
For meatballs, mix together ground beef, eggs, bread crumbs, finely chopped onion, pepper, salt, and garlic salt. Form into balls. Bake at 350 degrees turning twice until brown. For sauce, Combine and heat brown sugar, cornstarch, pineapple, vinegar, soy sauce, and chunked onion. Add meatballs and saute for 30 minutes. Add green pepper and cook for 10 more minutes. Great with rice or served alone as an appetizer. Also works great in a crock pot.
