- zucchini cut into bite sized pieces
- squash cut into pieces
- red pepper cut into pieces
- yellow pepper cut into pieces
- red onion cut into pieces
- olive oil
- salt

Step 1
heat oven to 450 degrees. put all veggies in a large pan and toss with oil, salt and pepper. spread in a single layer in pan. roast for 30 minutes and stir occasionally.
