  • 4 large Chicken Breasts
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 3 cups Shredded Cheese
  • 2 sleeves Crushed Ritz Crackers
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Step 1

Cut each chicken breast into 3 large chunks. Crush Ritz crackers. Pour the milk, cheese and cracker crumbs into 3 separate small pans. Toss the salt and pepper into the cracker crumbs and mix.Dip chicken breasts into three pans - Milk, Shredded Cheese and crushed Ritz crackers. Place in a pan, cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes at 400. Remove the tin foil, bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the edges of the chicken are golden brown and crispy.

Sauce - Mix 14 oz cream of chicken soup, 2 T sour cream and 2 T butter in a sauce pan over medium/high heat. Serve over chicken
