Kathy's White Potato Soup

Ingredients

• 10 slices bacon, fried crisp
• 1 c onion, chopped
• 4 c potatoes, cubed
• 1 c water
• 1-10 1/2 oz can condensed cream of mushroom or crema of chicken soup
• 1 c sour cream
• 1 3/4 c milk
• 1/2 tsp salt
• Dash of pepper
• 2 tsp parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onions in bacon grease; drain fat. Add potatoes and water. Bring to a boil and simmer until tender
