32 ounces canned diced tomatoes
9 ounces chicken broth (undiluted)
1 ounce butter
2 tblsp sugar
1 tblsp chopped onion
2 cups cream
A pinch of baking soda

Preparation

Step 1

Mix tomatoes and baking soda. Let sit For 5 minutes. Optional: blend tomatoes To desired consistency. Mix tomatoes, Chicken broth, butter, sugar, and onions. Simmer 1 hour. Heat cream in double boiler Add cream to hot tomato mixture.
