Ingredients
- 1 cube butter - softened
- 2 C. sugar
- 1 1/2 C, applesauce
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Spices to tase, such as grated nutmeg, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tsp, cloves
- 1 C. dried apricots
- 1 C. dried cranraisins
- 2 1/2 C. flour

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a Bundt Pan
Mix all ingredients together and pour batter into pan. Bake for 60 min. until done. Cool, slice, dust with powdered sugar or frost with cream-cheese frosting.
