Ingredients

    large tomatoes

  • ½

    can diced tomatoes

  • cucumbers

    clove garlic

    Tbsp fresh parsley

    tsp salt

    Tbsp balsamic vineger

  • juice of 1 lime

    tsp cilantro

  • C olive oil

  • black pepper to taste

Directions
