Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup bottled steak sauce
- 1 (4 pound) rump roast
- 1 medium-sized onion, thinly slice

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degree.
In small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, black and cayenne peppers, and steak sauce.
In 8-inch square baking dish, brush sauce mixture generously over roast. Place sliced onions on top and bake for 1-3/4 to 2 hours, or until desired doneness. Cut across grain.
