Lemon Poppy Seed Bread

Ingredients

• 1 box lemon cake mix
• 1 pkg instant lemon pudding
• 1 c hot water
• 1/2 c oil
• 4 eggs
• 1/4 c poppy seeds

Preparation

Step 1

Combine ingredients and beat 4 minutes with mixer. Grease and flour two loaf pans. Fill pans two-thirds full and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until done.
