Ingredients
- 8 oz vermicelli
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 lb bay scallops
- 1/4 cup white wine
- Classic pesto sauce (under dressings cookbook)

Preparation
Step 1
Cook vermicelli according to package. In a large skillet, heat butter, garlic powder, oregano and pepper over medium heat. Add scallops and wine, cook and stir 5-6 minutes or until scallops are firm and opaque. Reduce heat to low. Stir in 1/3 cup Classic Pesto Sauce; heat through. Drain vermicelli; add to skillet. Toss to combine.
