Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 small tomato paste
• 1 large (#10) or 3 (#2.5) cans of heavy tomato puree
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• 1 tbl salt
• 8 tbl sugar (1/2 cup)
• 2 cloves
• 1/8 tsp dried garlic
• 2 Tbl Italien seasoning (oregano,rosemary,sweet basil and marjoram)
• 2 onions
• 1 1/2 cup water
• 4 Sweet sausage links

Preparation

Step 1

Brown and drain sweet sausage links.
Coarsely chopped onion. Add grapeseed oil to a large pot, brown onions
well.
Add sausage, and all other ingredients.
Simmer for 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
