Ingredients

  • 2 lbs stew meat or tips
  • 1 can - 14.5 oz whole tomatoes
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2-3 potatoes
  • half bag of baby carrots
  • 1 tbs paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • grapeseed oil

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat pressure cooker or put into browning mode.
Add grapeseed oil
Coarsely chop up onions and green pepper.
Cut potatoes into small chunks
Add onions and brown well
Add peppers near end of browning and brown with onions
Add meat and brown meat.
If using electric pressure cooker, turn to pressure mode.
Add tomatoes,carrots, paprika and salt.

put on lid and pressure cook for approx 45 mins.

Serve with white bread
