Pure Bliss Lemon Ice Cream

This is the BEST I have ever had!

Ingredients

• 3/4 cups lemon juice
• 1/2 lemon sliced paper thin (rind & all)
• 2 1/2 cups sugar
• 2 cups whipping cream
• 1 quart half & half

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first 3 ingredients and let stand over night.

Add next two ingredients & pour into ice cream freezer.

Makes 1/2 gallon of pure bliss.
