Ingredients
- 2 t. salt ¾ lb. chopped cabbage
- 2 t. pepper 3 carrots grated
- 2 t. sugar 1 red pepper, sliced
- ¼ c. vinegar
- ½ c. oil

Mix dressing just before serving and add to
vegetables. Can also add cucumbers, celery,
green pepper, etc.
