Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 medium to large potatoes
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 lb original Bob Evans sausage
  • 1 lb Bob Evans spicy sausage, depending on taste
  • 3 cans creamed corn
  • 3 cans niblets corn
  • 1 qt half and half

Preparation

Step 1

Peel and dice potatoes and onion. Place in large pot and cover with just enough water to cook. While that is cooking, brown the sausages and drain. When potatoes and onions are tender, and corn and sausages. Add half and half to thickness you prefer. Let simmer or on low for a couple hours. Even better the next day.
