Ingredients
- 40 About 40 mini Reese's peanut butter cups (need more)
- 1 stick butter softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 3/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt

Step 1
Heat oven to 350. Remove wrappers from candies. Line small muffin tins with paper liners.
Beat butter, brown sugar, sugar, peanut butter, egg and vanilla until light and fluffy. Stir together flour, baking soda and salt; add to butter mixture, beating until well blended. Shape dough into 1" balls; place one in each prepared muffin cup. Do no flatten.
Bake 6-8 min. until puffed and lightly browned; remove from oven. Immediately press peanut butter cup onto each cookie. Cool completely in muffin pan.
