Sombrero Salad Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 box of pasta (normal size) – cook and run under cold water
• 1 pound taco meat
• 1 green pepper
• 1 onion
• 1 large tomato
• 2 cups cheese (I used Colby jack because that is what I had, but pepper jack may be good too)
• 1 bottle of Catalina dressing
• Some people like black olives…

Mix together and enjoy! When I make it the night before I wait to put the cheese and dressing on until right before it is served.
