Ingredients

  • Batter:

  • 1/4

    lb (1 stick) margarine

  • 1

    cup sugar

  • 2

    eggs

  • 1

    cup sour cream

  • 2

    cups flour

  • 1

    tsp baking soda

  • 1

    tsp baking powder

  • 4

    tbsp milk

  • 1

    tbsp vanilla extract

  • Filling:

  • 2 1/2

    tbsp flour

  • 1

    cup brown sugar

  • 1 1/2

    tbsp cinnamon

  • 1

    cup chopped walnuts

  • 4

    tbsp margarine (1/2 stick) - melted

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. For Batter, mix all ingredients with a mixer in a bowl and set aside. For Filling, mix all ingredients with a fork in a separate bowl. Grease and flour a bunting pan. Pour 1/2 of batter in bottom of pan. Then pour 1/2 filling on top of batter. Then pour rest of rest of batter and then rest of filling. Bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool in pan then turn upside down, flip handles of bunting pan to open and put on plate or tupperware lid.
