Ingredients
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup chopped mixed herbs, such as parsley, basil, oregano and thyme
- 2 eggs
- 3 Tbsps Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsps Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsps kosher salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, or to taste
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup ketchup

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a medium bowl, stir together the breadcrumbs and milk. Set aside.
In a large bowl, stir together the herbs, eggs, mustard, Worcestershire, salt, paprika, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and the bread-crumb/milk mixture. Add ground beef and gently combine.
Transfer the mixture to a meatloaf pan. Spread with ketchup. Bake 60 to 70 minutes, or until thermometer registers 160 degrees.
