Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup sugar
- pinch of salt
- 4 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Scalloped 3/4 cup of the milk.
Mix cornstarch with the other quarter cup milk.
Add to hot melt until thick like a paste.
Remove from heat and chill.
Beat sugar with butter until creamy.
Add cooled milk mixture and beat on high for 10 to 15 minutes.
Beat in salt and vanilla.
