1 lb cut green beans
sliced shallots
1 Tbl bacon grease
balsamic vinegar
brown sugar
bleu cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cook bacon & save 1 Tbl bacon grease

Cook green beans and shallots in grease

Mix with balsamic & brown sugar to taste

Top with crumbled bacon & bleu cheese
