1 Flat beef brisket
2 Envelopes Onion Soup Mix
I cup Ketchup
1 cup hot water
1/2 cup honey
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
big dash dry nustard
couple of dashes of Tabasco sauce
carrotts and potatoes

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat over 325
Mix all ingredients
Pour over Brisket
cover and cook 2 hours
add potatoes and carrots and cook 1 hour more
take off cover and cook til brown
