Ingredients

  • 1 Flat beef brisket
  • 2 Envelopes Onion Soup Mix
  • I cup Ketchup
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • big dash dry nustard
  • couple of dashes of Tabasco sauce
  • carrotts and potatoes

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat over 325
Mix all ingredients
Pour over Brisket
cover and cook 2 hours
add potatoes and carrots and cook 1 hour more
take off cover and cook til brown
