Ingredients
- 1 Flat beef brisket
- 2 Envelopes Onion Soup Mix
- I cup Ketchup
- 1 cup hot water
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- big dash dry nustard
- couple of dashes of Tabasco sauce
- carrotts and potatoes

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat over 325
Mix all ingredients
Pour over Brisket
cover and cook 2 hours
add potatoes and carrots and cook 1 hour more
take off cover and cook til brown
