Ingredients

  • 4 flounder or other white-fleshed fish fillets (6 ounces each)
  • 1 cup spaghetti sauce
  • 3/4 cup (3 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat 9x13" baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

Place fish fillets in baking dish and top with spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese then Italian seasoning.

Bake, uncovered, for 12 to 15 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
