Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Egg

Preparation

Step 1

Break 1 egg into measuring cup
Add water to make 3/4 cups

Pour mixture of Egg & Water into bowl with dry ingredients

Mix thoroughly
Add more flour if necessary, to make a dough like bread dough

Knead with hands 10 or 12 times

Divide dough in half, Shape each peice into an oval shape

Drop into large Kettle of Boiling Water, Cover, Boil 10 minutes, then turn each dumpling over, cover and boil 15 minutes more.
Lift out and slice at once.
