Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cups Oil
- 2 cups grated carrots
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3 Cups Flower
- 2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Nuts

Preparation
Step 1
Mix:
Oil, Grated Carrots, Sugar, and Eggs well
Sift:
3 Cups Flower
2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
Sift 3 Times, then add to 1st Mixture
Add 1/2 Cup Chopped Nuts
Bake 350 Degrees for 1 hour in Tube Pan
