- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp Essence of Emeril
- 4 pita breads, each split in 1/2 and cut into triangles

Step 1
Combine the olive oil, garlic, and Essence in a small bowl and whisk to mix. Brush the mixture evenly over the rough side of each pita bread triangle. Arrange the pieces evenly on a baking sheet and bake until golden brown and crispy, about 20 mins. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
