Snickerdoodle Blondies

Ingredients

• Sift together:
• 2 2/3 C. Flour
• 2 tsp. Baking Powder
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• dash of Cinnamon
• Topping:
• 1/2 C.Sugar
• 3 tsp. Cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Mix dry ingredients with wet. *should be a thickness
like a muffin batter*
In a lightly sprayed 9x13 pan spread evenly, use a
frosting spreader or hands work good too! Then mix
the cinnamon/sugar together and sprinkle over
dough.
Bake @ 350 for 23 - 28 minutes.
While still warm cut into bars with a sharp knife.
