Ingredients
- Salad:
- 2 bunches broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup chopped pecans (or slivered or sliced almonds)
- 8 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
- 4 spring onions, chopped
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- Dressing:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
