Ingredients
- 1/4 c flour
- 1 lb raw shrimp
- 1 beer
- 1/4 c coconut flakes
Preparation
Step 1
Place flour, beer and coconut in 3 small bowls. Dredge shrimp in flour, then beer and roll in coconut. Deep fry for 1 1/2 min. Serve with orange marmalade as an appetizer, or over rice as a meal.
