Wacky cake

1 cake pan, your choice of size. Preheat oven 350° .pan used was either round, or square pan. Sizes 8x12" or 9 inch 2 inch-high pan. Spray with Pam

Ingredients

• First set of ingredients;
• 1 1/2 cups of flour(do not sift) level
• 1 cup granulated white sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 3 teaspoons heaping Cocoa powder(1/cup)
• SECOND SET OF INGREDIENTS;
• 6 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 tablespoon vinegar (can use raspberry vinegar)
• 1 cup cold water

Preparation

Step 1

Put all ingredients in a large bowl, stir with a fork to blend. Sakes three holes, or Wells. Place: 6 tablespoons of vegetable oil, and first hole, 1 teaspoon vanilla in a second hole, and vinegar in third hole. Pour 1 cup of cool water over the entire pan. Mix well bake 350° oven. 30 min., serve warm. You can Frost if you desire. 2 cups powdered sugar, salt, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and a little milk to the consistency you want. You can use with whip cream also.
