- For the sauce:
- 2 Tbsp spicy brown mustard
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- For the salmon:
- 4 salmon fillets, skinned (4-5 oz each)
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Salt and pepper
- Lemon slices
- Fresh thyme springs

Step 1
Preheat broiler with rack 6 inches from element. Line a baking sheet with foil and coat with nonstick spray, set aside.
For the sauce, whisk together brown mustard, Dijon, honey, oil, 1 Tbsp lemon juice, 1 Tbsp thyme, and garlic in a bowl; set aside.
For the salmon, arrange fillets on prepared baking sheet. Drizzle fillets with juice of 1/2 a lemon and season with salt and pepper. Broil fillets until firm and cooked through, 5-7 minutes. Serve fillets with sauce and lemon slices; garnish with thyme springs.
