Ingredients
- 1 # Cut Spaghetti Cooked Per Box
- 1 Large Shallot Minced
- 3 Cloves Garlic Minced
- 1/4 C Roasted Red Peppers Diced
- 1/2 C Heavy Cream
- 1/2 C Parmesan Shredded
- 1/4 T Red Pepper Flakes
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
- 1-2 T EVOO
- 1-2 T Butter

Preparation
Step 1
Large Skillet Medium Heat, Add EVOO & Butter. Saute Shallot, Garlic & Peppers Until Soft. Add Cream, Parmesan & Red Pepper Flakes, Cooke Until Bubbly.
Add Spaghetti, Reduce Heat & Simmer.
Serve Hot. ADD Cooked Crumbled Bacon or Cooked Shrimp.
Garnish with Parmesan & Parsley.
