Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients

• Cream:
• 1 st
• Melt
• 6 oz. chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
• 2 nd
• 8 oz. cream cheese
• 3/4 C. brown sugar
• 1/8 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 2 egg yolks (beaten)
• 3 rd
• Whip
• 1 C. whipping cream
• 4 th
• Whip
• egg whites

Preparation

Step 1

Fold egg whites into whipping cream. Then fold into chocolate ingredients. Pour into Oreo cookie crust.
