Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 cups white rice (uncooked)
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 2 cups fresh or frozen broccoli florets

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until brown. Remove chicken from skillet. Add soup, water, paprika, and pepper and stir. Heat to a boil. Stir in rice and broccoli. Top with chicken. Season chicken with additional paprika and pepper, cover. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes or until cooked through.
