Ingredients
- Crust
- 1/3 cup margarine
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 cup flour
- Filling
- 2-8oz packages of cream cheese
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 15 oz can of Pumpkin
- Dash of salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp nutmeg

Step 1
Combine softened cream cheese and sugar, mix at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended. Blend in pumpkin, spices and salt. Mix well. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each egg. Pour mixture in a pastry lined pan, smooth surface to edge of crust. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Loosen cake from rim of pan, cool before removing rim of pan. Chill.
