Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup rye flour
  • 1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup butter melted and cooled a bit

Step 1

Combine the flours, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Whisk buttermilk and eggs together add butter and whisk again. Pour wet ingredients over dry stir until just mixed.
