Ingredients
- CHEESE SAUCE:
- 1 pkg (10 oz) frozen, chopped broccoli
- 6 hardcooked eggs
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 cup half-and-half or milk
- Dash salt
- Dash paprika
- 3/4 cup grated Cheddar cheese
- TOPPING;
- 4 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp Dijon-style mustard
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped onion
- 4 Tbsp finely chopped cooked ham
- 2 Tbsp gated parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Cook broccoli for 5 minutes or until tender crisp. Place in a baking dish.
Make cheese sauce: melt butter in a saucepan. Add flour, stirring until well blended. Slowly add half-and-half or milk and cook, stirring, until thickened and creamy.
Add salt, paprika and cheese.
Pour half the sauce over broccoli.
Cut eggs in half and arrange over broccoli.
Make topping: Combine mayonnaise, mustard, onion and ham until well blended. Arrange on top of eggs.
Pour remaining cheese sauce over top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Reheat and brown at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes or until top is lightly browned. Serve immediately.
