Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1/2 c. mayo
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. fresh dill, minced
- Salad:
- 2 c. shredded lettuce
- 2 c. (7 oz.) shell macaroni, cooked and drained
- 1/2 c. pitted ripe black olives, halved
- 2 c. chopped tomato
- 2 c. cucumber slices, halved
- 1 - 15 oz. can salmon (or poach or roast your own) drained and flaked

Step 1
Combine dressing ingredients well and chill.
In 3 qt. bowl, layer lettuce, combined macaroni, olives, tomato, cucumbers and salmon. Top with 3/4 c. dressing. Garnish with dill sprigs, if desired. Serve with extra dressing.
